The chart below shows the data from the Phoenix metro area (including Phoenix, Mesa, and the surrounding cities), from the year 2015. And it looks like spring actually is the best time! The highest sales volume was from April through June. However, keep in mind that these are the months when the houses SOLD, not when they were LISTED. So if you’re hoping to sell your Phoenix home in May or June, you should start offering it for sale around March or April.
